Rana Daggubati next Cinematic Gem C/o Kancharapalem

Rana Daggubati next Cinematic Gem Co KancharapalemRana Daggubati is not only a good actor but also a producer. In 2004, he produced the film Bommalata, which went on to win the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu. Rana Daggubati made his acting debut  in Tollywood with the Leader in 2010 and won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South and CineMAA Award for Best Male Debut for his performance. Now Rana Daggubati is presenting another  upcoming movie Care of Kancherlapalem under the Suresh Productions.

 In the month of April, Rana Daggubati announced that he is going to present to C/o Kancherlapalem, directed by Maha Venkatesh. He wrote on the wall of Twitter, “Congratulations to team #COKancharapalem, the first Telugu film to be selected for New York Indian Film Festival @nyindianff ! Proud to be presenting it.”

At the success meet of Tharun Bhascker’s recently released directorial venture ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, Suresh Babu and Rana Daggubati released the first look poster of C/o Kancharapalem.

Rana Daggubati also shared the poster on his social media and wrote, “Presenting to you some నేటి(వ్) ప్రేమకథలు through #CareofKancharapalem” (sic) He again wrote, “All the people from and around #Kancharapalem. Pls send me a shoutout with YOURNAME#COKancharapalem.” (sic) Numerous residents of the locality commented under the post with their names.

NTR and Gauthamiputra Satakarni director Krish also shared the poster and wrote on his twitter, “Thank you team #CareofKancherlapalem for a brilliant movie experience n Thank you @RanaDaggubati for presenting this wonderful #CinematicGem”

 Talking about the film, the director Maha Venkatesh said, “It’s an anthology of four love stories set in Kancharapalem. Out of the 85 members cast only 5 are from Hyderabad, the rest of the caste are locals with no acting experience. Though the movie C/o Kancharapalem  falls in the romance genre, it is in essence a reflection of life that will resonate with people of all age groups.”

Meanwhile Rana Daggubati is making his debut in Mollywood with the historical Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma : The King of Travancore. He will also be seen in Haathi Mere Saathi.
