Tollywood hot chunk Rana Daggubati has joined hands with Milind Rau of ‘Gruham’ fame. Touted to be a horror-thriller, the script work and dialogue version have already been completed and the regular shoot will be started from October and Rana will join the sets after coming back from USA.
The sources say that the upcoming untitled film of Rana Daggubati will be based on black magic and will be bankrolled by Gopinath Achanta under the banner of VishwaShanti Pictures.
The upcoming film will be shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. Currently, pre-production works are going on. This is the first time, Rana Daggubati will be seen in a movie which deals with black magic. The sources say that Rana Daggubati doesn’t want to do regular lover boy or action-centric roles and this time he is going to challenge black magic.
Currently Rana Daggubati has multiple movies in his kitty. He will be seen in upcoming Bollywood movie Housefull 4. He is also the part of the trilingual film ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’ directed by Prabhu Solomon. Gunasekhar’ mythological drama ‘Hiranya Kashyapa’ is also in the pipeline. After coming back to city from USA, Rana will also start the shoot of his Telugu movie Virata Parvam, directed by Veny Udugula in which Sai Pallavi is playing the female lead.
