It is known news that before the lockdown took place, producer Ashwin Varde, who had bankrolled Kabir Singh, had grabbed the rights of Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer blockbuster Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, to remake in Hindi. Earlier there was a strong buzz in the film industry, Kartik Aryan will play the lead role in Hindi remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo but now according to the latest buzz, Ranveer Singh will reprise the role of Allu Arjun in this remake.
The sources say that the makers feel that Ranveer suits the role perfectly and they are looking at casting him. But one school of thought is to also cast the much younger Kartik Aaryan. Now Allu Arjun is 37, Ranveer Singh is 34 and Kartik Aryan is just 29. Hence, the makers are slightly tilted towards Ranveer Singh. If everything will go accordingly, very soon the official announcement will be made regarding Ranveer Singh’ inclusion in Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Hindi remake.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is working with Sukumar for upcoming action and romantic movie Pushpa, which has Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tune and Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling this big-budget project.
