The government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that it will take a fresh look at the rates of movie tickets for respective types of theaters located in the state. According to the sources, a tentative information has been available regarding the ticket prices.

The leaked info says, AC theaters may collect a maximum price of Rs 140 and minimum price of Rs 100. While, non AC theaters may cost Rs 80 as the maximum and Rs 60 as the minimum amount. Coming to municipal corporation areas, the ticket prices may be Rs 120 and Rs 90 for AC theaters maximum and minimum respectively. While no AC theaters in municipality areas cost at Rs 100 and Rs 60.

In Nagar Panchaytas, AC theaters allow the audience for Rs 100 and Rs 60 (maximum and minimum), non AC theaters allow for Rs 60 and Rs 40. And in Gram Panchayats, you can watch films at Rs 50 and Rs 30. These rates have been proposed by the committee chaired by the principal secretary, Kumar Vishwajeet.

These rates will be again reviewed by the cinematography minister Perni Nani and the honourable chief minister of the state YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, and they will reveal their final decision after considering pros and cons together.
