Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV , who has already spoken several times on the AP government’s decision on movie ticket prices, has once again reacted. He expressed his views recently as a YouTube channel platform. He has been taking a stand against the Andhra Pradesh government’s decision to restrict cinema ticket prices.
This time, he made a series of tweet where he said: It is not my request, but it is my demand to all my colleagues in the film industry to speak up on their true feelings about the ticket rates issue because ippudu nollu moosukunte inkeppatikee theravaleru ..Tharvatha Mee kharma.
The minister of cinematography perni Nani, isn’t it a proven thing that though the government’s price control’s intention could be for affordability and stability it has always had an opposite effect such as creating shortages and deterioration of product quality. :
Satya helmer added, “I would like your honorable team to understand that pricing of heroes like Stylish Star Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu etc is nothing but a subtract between production cost and the expected recovery based on track record. I would request you to understand that your government has been given power to support from the bottom and not to sit on the top of our heads. Thank you very much”.
