It is known news that Mumbai police are handling the case of Bollywood actor Sushanth Singh’ death. A month has passed but the Mumbai police are yet to solve the case. Now Sushant’ father KK Singh filed complaint against Rhea Chakraborty under the various sections of the Indian Penal Code. According to the latest update, Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty’ lawyer has filed a petition on her behalf, requesting that the investigation into the death of her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput be transferred to Mumbai.
Rhea Chakraborty today has moved the Supreme Court as her lawyer Satish Maneshinde informed that they have filed a petition, urging for the transfer of the investigation from Bihar to Mumbai.
In a seven page FIR Sushant Singh Rajput’ father KK Singh had stated that his attempts to contact his son Sushant were blocked by Rhea Chakraborty and her family members. Financial irregularities have also been pointed out by Sushant’ father in the FIR that was lodged at the Rajiv Nagar Police station in Patna.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra apartment on 14th June. Mumbai Police have so far questioned over 40 people in connection with the case of Sushant’ death. Rhea Chakraborty had previously requested the home ministry to ask the Central Bureau of Investigation to take over the case from the Mumbai Police.
