Recently during the second ODI, Rohit Sharma, the captain of team India had sustained an injury on his left hand. Post the team’s defeat in the 2nd ODI in Dhaka, head coach Rahul Dravid said the captain is likely to miss the upcoming Bangladesh Test Series.

Similarly due to hamstring and back injuries, both the pacers Deepak Chahar and Rookie Kuldeep Sen have been dismissed from the 3rd ODI in Chattogram. However, Dravid said that he is not sure whether the captain is capable of participating in the Test Series, which is going to commence on the 14th of this month in Chattogram.

Further, Dravid said, “Deepak, Kuldeep and Rohit have been dismissed out of the match. Rohit will again be heading to Mumbai and consult a medical practitioner to discuss his injury. We cannot justify he won’t be able to play the Test Series. It is too early so far.”

Anyhow, Rohit himself said that his finger dislocation would take at least 3-4 weeks for him to recuperate and return to the match ground.
