SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR features Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan in lead roles. After a stupendous theatrical run, the film was premiere on OTT platforms. Earlier, the Hindi version of RRR was slated to release on Netflix on 2nd June. Due to crazy demand, it was arrived on 20th May on Netflix. The film which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment, is attracting international OTT audiences following its debut on Netflix recently. Now according to the latest report, Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR has entered Netflix’s global trends charts and it stands 4th on the list of Netflix’s top films as on 28th May.
On the otherside, Netflix original series A Perfect Pairing, directed by Stuart Mcdonald, is in the top position for now whereas Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR hit the fourth place.
The movie which also has Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and others, followed the fictional tale of two Indian freedom fighters from the early 20th century – Alluri Sitarama essayed by Ram Charan and Kumaram Bheem, played by Jr NTR. RRR managed to gross over Rs 1100 crore worldwide and is still running in selected theatres in India.
