RRR Movie Box office Collections: SS Rajamouli‘ latest movie RRR, the Pan Indian periodic drama which hit the marquee on 25th March, has opened to a thunderous response at the box office. Now according to the traders report, RRR sets a new benchmark at RTC X Roads as it has beaten the collections record of Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa, Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer Bheemla Nayak and stood on the first place with the collections of Rs 77,32,870 on its opening day.

Mega Power star Ram Charan and Young Tiger Jr NTR are playing the roles of freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem respectively in the film, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment. Alia Bhatt is playing Sita and the love interest of Ram Charan in RRR, which is set in pre-independence India.
The movie RRR is a fictional take on the younger days of the celebrated freedom fighters. Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt are also the part of Rajamouli’ film.
