SS Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and mega power star Ram Charan hit the big screens across the globe on 25th March and it has taken a sensational start at the box office. But now the movie lovers are eager to know when the film RRR will arrive on OTT.
Previously, the makers had said that RRR won’t be arriving on any OTT platform at least three months from its theatrical release. ZEE5 acquires Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam language versions of RRR whereas Netflix owns Hindi version.
Post its theatrical release, Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR’ Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada versions will stream on ZEE5, whereas its Hindi, English, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish and Spanish versions will hit Netflix. Though an official confirmation is awaited, DVV Danayya’ production venture will premiere on the popular OTT platform after the four weeks of its theatrical release. According to reports, RRR will mostly release on 20th April starting at 12 am on OTT.
It was also heard that RRR’ digital and satellite rights were acquired by Zee Network for Rs 300 Cr. However, the makers have not officially revealed the details regarding the price.
RRR also has Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and others in the important roles.
