The much awaited big budget film ‘RRR’, helmed by SS Rajamouli, has been announced for release in October this year but now according to the latest buzz in the film industry that makers are planning to postpone the release of RRR which has Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead role.
The sources say that the makers are saying that “How can RRR release on 13 October? Both the lead actor Ram Charan and Jr NTR have a lot of pending shooting for multilingual movie RRR. As Ram Charan was busy in his production venture Acharya, in which he is playing a crucial role, he did not shoot much for RRR this year. Earlier the makers of RRR planned to wrap up the entire shoot by the end of July 2021 but the second wave of Covid seems to have resulted in a change of plans.
According to the makers of RRR, it would be almost impossible to complete the shoot and post-production by this October. A source close to Rajamouli revealed, “We may come for Makar Sankranti in the month of January 2022. Even that is doubtful at the moment”.
The makers of RRR are said to have decided to push the release to next summer.
