Mahesh Babu, who has delivered a hit movie Bharat Ane Nenu, is currently working with Vamsi Paidipally for his next upcoming film, which has been titled as Maharshi. We have already reported that Mahesh Babu has also teamed up with Sukumar for #Mahehs26 , which will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. According to the latest buzz in the film Industry, #Mahehs26 is going to be a periodic drama, which will run in Post Independence period. The regular shoot is expected to commence from March 2019.
Sukumar, who started his filmy career with Arya in 2004, has delivered number of successful movies like 100%Love, Jagadam and Nannaku Prematho. The talented director is also known for infusing grey shades in the character sketches of the protagonists in his directorial ventures.
Earlier both Superstar Mahesh Babu and Sukumar have worked together for 1 – Nenokkadine but the movie received mixed response at the box office. Following this, duo is teaming up after a gap of 3 years and the latter is determined to come up with a hit for the actor. This is the next time, when they teamed up for an upcoming saga.
Sukumar’s previous offering Rangasthalam, starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni, has received positive reviews and turned out blockbuster at the box office. With this big success under his belt, the director Sukumar has set about to work on his next. Earlier it was heard that Sukumar has planned a crime thriller drama for Mahesh Babu and he will be seen playing CID officer. But now according to latest rumour Sukumar and Mahesh Babu’s film is a periodic drama.
Mahesh Babu’s last film Bharath Ane Nenu, was a political thriller, in which he played the role of Chief Minister and shared the screen space with Kiara Advani.
