Saakshyam Collections: Saakshyam starring Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Pooja Hegde, which was released yesterday on 27th July 2018, received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day. But the movie has done decent collections at the box office. According to the traders report, Saakshyam has grossed Rs 5.5 Cr and share of Rs 3.31 Cr at Worldwide box office on its first day. Saakshyam is 2nd biggest opener for Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas after Boyapati Srinu’s Jaya Janaki Nayaka, which earned Rs 3.27 Cr on its 1st day. Rakul Preet Singh played the female lead.
According to trade analyst Jeevi, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas starrer Saakshyam has earned $43,292 from 66 USA locations on Friday. Jeevi shared the collection figures of Saakshyam and today released movie Happy Wedding starring Sumanth Ashwin and Niharika Konidela, on his twitter. He wrote, “#Saakshyam collects $43,292 from 66 USA locations with per location avg of $656 on Friday. #HappyWedding collects $12,793 from 54 locations with per location avg of $237 on Friday in USA Despite being a mass film, #Saakshyam shows initial dominance over class #HappyWedding.”
Saakshyam is directed by Sriwass and produced by Abhishek Nama under the banner of Abhishek Pictures. The film has the music by Harshavardhan Rameshwar. Apart from lead pair, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas and Pooja Hegde, the film has other stars like Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan, Ashutosh Rana, Meena, Pavitra Lokesh, Rao Ramesh, Sarath Kumar, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji and others in supporting roles.
