Everyone is aware of that Fidaa and Premam girl Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Naxalite in Venu Udugula’s period directorial venture Virata Parvam, which has Rana Daggubati in the lead role. The film, which also stars Priyamani in the crucial role, was slated to release this year but the ongoing pandemic situation delayed the shoot and the film Virata Parvam might release only next year. Now the reports are coming that once again Sai Pallavi is going to play a naxalite but this time in Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer social message oriented movie Acharya.
The sources say that Sai Pallavi has been approached to play the role of a Naxalite again and the makers of Megastar Chiranjeevi’ Acharya are keen to rope in Sai Pallavi for a role opposite Ram Charan where the actress has to play a Naxalite.
Though the makers wanted to rope Alia Bhatt but she rejected the offer citing date issues and the makers are now trying to rope Sai Pallavi. Ram Charan and Sai Pallavi’ intense episode will be coming in the flashback portion of Acharya. Now we have to wait and see whether Sai Pallavi will give a green signal for this risky role.
Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Acharya is being jointly bankrolled by Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Productions and is helmed by Koratala Siva of Bharat Ane Nenu fame.
