Salaar the action drama is one of the them which is being helmed by Prashanth Neel who is best known for helming Yash starrer blockbuster drama KGF 2. The grapevine is that the popular TV channel Star Maa acquired the satellite rights of Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’ film Salaar for a whopping price. The official confirmation regarding Salaar satellite rights is expected to come out very soon.
Salaar which is currently in the shooting phase and is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. The film also has Jagapathi Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the important roles. It will be released in major Indian languages on September 28, 2023.
