Lara Dutta was last seen on Hiccups and Hookups with Prateik Babbar and Shinnova. The series premiered on Lionsgate Play on 26th November. She is currently a part of Kaun Banegi Shikharwati which is streaming on Zee5, in which she plays a princess. In a promotional interview, Lara Dutta was asked to share habits of her co-stars which still have not changed over the years.
Lara Dutta and Salman Khan are good friends and shares good bond. Recently in an interview, the actress opened up about being close friends with Salman Khan and how the actor calls her up at midnight. Lara Dutta revealed that Salman Khan wakes up only post 12 am and he still calls me post-midnight. He wakes up at that time only and that is the time she receive his calls. Lara and Salman have featured in 2005 film No Entry.
About Akshay Kumar, she said that he still wakes up before anybody else ever wakes up in their life.
The former Miss Universe Lara Dutta added that she has never walked into the film industry with a desire of being the leading lady or the hero, instead, she wanted to be an actor, and she believes that now such roles are being written.
