Samantha Akkineni is very close to Nandini Reddy and both have worked together for the woman centric movie Oh Baby. Samantha Akkineni is now showering praises on Nandini Reddy and Amala Paul’s short story in Pitta Kathalu. The anthology Pitta Kathalu released on Netflix yesterday on 19th February.
Samantha Akkineni who is an active user of social media sites, took to Instagram to shower praises on the anthology, especially Nandini Reddy’s segment, that has Aadai fame Amala Paul in the lead role. The anthology Pitta Kathalu has been receiving good response from both critics and audiences alike.
Majili and Rangasthalam fame actress Samantha Akkineni said: “So proud of you Nandini Reddy. I know you – Nandini Reddy was super scared to take the plunge, to do something so far beyond your comfort zone, but I am so so glad that you did , you nailed this one. Lust, rage and betrayal could be your new thing. you killed it Fabulous performances Amala Paul and Jagapathi Babu.”
Pitta Kathalu has Ashwin Kakumanu, Eesha Rebba, Amala Paul, Jagapathi Babu, Lakshmi Manchu, Ashima Narwal, Saanve Megghana, Sanjith Hegde, and Shruti Haasan. The movie is divided into four segments. Four notable directors- Nandini Reddy, Nag Ashwin, BV Tharun Bhascker, and Sankalp Reddy have directed each segment.
