Samantha Akkineni who is very impressed with the trailer of Kolamavu Kokila, took to her twitter to praise the performance of Lady Superstar Nayantara. “I know I am a little late.. the trailer of #Kolamavukokila is outstanding Can’t wait to watch this film . All the very best to this team and #Nayanthara for having balls of steel,” wrote Samantha Akkineni on her Twitter handle.
Recently the makers of Kolamavu Kokila released the trailer, which received decent response by the movie lovers and Nayantara’s fans. The Lady Superstar Nayantara has picked unique roles that befits her title. Nayantara has already proved with Maya and Aramm that she is able to carry the responsibility of the film on her shoulder. The trailer of Kolamavu Kokila gives us high expectations from the project, which is directed by debutante Nelson.
Kokila, is a normal woman, who is on a journey to smuggle drugs. With a family to support, Kokila seems to have chosen to smuggle ‘kolamavu’, thus fetching her the name Kolamaavu Kokila.
The film is produced by produced by Lyca Productions and it has the music by Anirudh Ravichander and the recently released first single, Kalyaana Vayasu, was a hit number. Apart from Nayantara, the film Kolamaavu Kokila has other stars like Yogi Babu, Saranya Ponvannan, Hareesh Peradi, Aranthangi Nisha and others in supporting roles.
Meanwhile Nayantara is busy in her upcoming movies Imaikkaa Nodigal, Viswasam, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and a film with Sivakarthikeyan, which are in different production stages.
On the otherside, Samantha Akkineni who is basking in the glory of her recent offerings Rangasthalam, Mahanati and Abhimanyudu, will be next seen in Seema Raja and Super Deluxe. Samantha has already wrapped up the shoot of Tamil and Telugu film, the remake of U turn.
Recently there was a rumour that Samantha is quitting film Industry in 2019 but Naga Chaitanya and Samantha’s manager have refuted this rumour.
