The actress who was last seen playing the female lead in romantic and emotional drama Jaanu hasn’t signed any Telugu film up to now. But now the reports are coming that Samantha Akkineni is going to work for Mythri Movie Makers. She has given her dates to Mythri Movie Makers. The sources say that three scripts are ready for Samantha to hear, which are female-centric. The scripts will be narrated to Oh Baby and Majili girl soon after the lockdown gets lifted. If everything goes accordingly, she may start this project next year.
Samantha Akkineni did two films ‘Rangasthalam’ and ‘Janatha Garage’ under their banner and now she is all set to work with Mythri Movie Makers third time to score the hat trick. On the other hand, Samantha has signed a film that is going to be women-centric and it will be helmed by a debutant and bankrolled by Sony Pictures India. More details over this project of Sony pictures are expected to be heard soon. Currently, Samantha is enjoying the lockdown period with her husband Naga Chaitanya in their home.
On the other side, the production house Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer upcoming much-hyped movie Pushpa, which is being helmed by Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame.
