Samantha Ruth Prabhu is one of the most sought after actresses in Telugu Film Industry. In Tollywood, she was last seen playing the female lead in Jaanu in which she shared the screen pace with Sharwanand but unfortunately the movie was a dud at the box office. Recently she also made her debut on OTTT platform with the Family Man 2 and received applause for her performances. Now according to the latest report, after the separation from Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has hiked remuneration and now she is charging Rs 3 Cr for a film. This makers Majili and Oh Baby fame Samantha, one of the highest paid actors in Telugu cinema.
It is known that Samantha signed a couple of bilinguals. She will commence shooting for her upcoming film from the third week of November. The reports are also coming that Samantha is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Taapsee Pannu’ production venture.
Samantha has already wrapped up the shoot of ‘Shakunthalam’. It is a pan India film and it is helmed by Gunasekhar and is presented by Dil Raju whereas produced by Neelima Guna under DRP-Gunaa Teamworks Banner.
Samantha will be seen playing the titular role in Shakunthalam whereas Malayalam hero Dev Mohan will be seen as King Dushyanth.
