It is known news that South beauty Samantha Akkineni is making her debut in the digital world with an upcoming web drama The Family Man 2 which also has Priyamani and Manoj Bajpayee. In this web drama, Samantha will be seen in the role of terrorist Raji. Rangasthalam and U Turn fame actress went through intense and rigorous physical training and transformation to essay the role of Raji, as realistically as possible. Akkineni Bahu did hours of physical training every day and she invested her blood and sweat for this character in the web series.
The sources close to Samantha Akkineni revealed that the actress understand and try to be as true to the character of Raji, Majili girl did intense research on how she wanted the character to look on the screen. Samantha locked herself in a room for three days and watched the multiple documentaries to get under the skin of Raji.
For the first time in her acting career, Samantha Akkineni will see her holding a gun. The new season of The Family Man on Amazon Prime Video will premier from 4th June.
Samantha was last seen playing the female lead in romantic and emotional drama Jaanu in which she shared the screen space with Sharwanand and currently she is working for upcoming historic drama Rudhramadevi.
