King of Kotha, also known as KOK, is an upcoming Malayalam-language gangster film directed by Abhilash Joshiy, written by Abhilash N. Chandran and bankrolled by Wayfarer Films in association with Zee Studios. The movie stars Dulquer Salmaan, Gokul Suresh, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Aishwarya Lekshmi in lead roles. It was previously speculated that most talented actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu could feature in the film in a dance number with King of Kotha. It was rumored that Rangasthalam lady Samantha will appear in a special number in the film.
As per the latest updates, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is not a part of Dulquer Salmaan starrer King Of Kotha. Though the actress was initially in talks to make a special appearance in the film, but she turned down the offer due to her busy schedule and health issues. Now the makers have brought Ritika Singh, the popular actress who is best known for her performance in Irudhi Suttru and Oh My Kadavule, on the board for this special song and she has joined King Of Kotha for a special number. Ritika Singh’s pics with a fan from the sets of Dulquer Salmaan’s film King Of Kotha went viral on the internet recently.
Currently Samantha is basking in the glory of her recent offering Yashoda which was released yesterday.
