Last year on 2nd October, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation after four years of their marriage by sharing the statements on their microblogging page. And now according to the latest report, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has returned her wedding saree to Naga Chaitanya.
The saree that Samantha wore at her wedding belonged to Naga Chaitanya’ grandmother. They had tied the knot in 2017 in Goa and Akkineni family was very happy as Samantha wore that saree. However, now she has returned the saree. The sources say that she did not want to keep anything with herself that belonged to Akkineni family; that is the main reason she returned it.
Earlier it was also heard that Samantha refused to take the alimony amount of Rs 200 crore from Naga Chaitanya. However, there was no official confirmation regarding the alimony.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in Sukumar’ magnum opus Pushpa: The Rise where she featured in the song Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava. She also has women centric movie Shakuntalam in her pipeline, which is directed by Gunasekhar and is produced by Neelima Guna. The entire shoot has been completed and recently the makers released the first look poster of Samantha from this big budget entertainer.
