On the work side, the upcoming film of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya will be launched on 6th October. It is sport based drama, which will be helmed by Shiva Nirvana of Ninnu Kori fame and will be jointly produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi. This movie will be the first film for the couple post their wedding.
It has also come out that Samantha Akkineni will also act in the Telugu remake of the acclaimed Korean drama, Miss Granny, which will be helmed by Nandini Reddy and bankrolled by Suresh Babu. Samantha will be seen playing the role of 70 years old lady in her next project. The official confirmation is awaited regarding this remake.
The talented actress Samantha is also waiting for the release of her next upcoming film Super Deluxe.
