The playback singer Chinmayi Sripada, who is usually seen being vocal about issues pertaining to women on social media, has extended support to Meera Chopra who is being trolled by Young Tiger Jr NTR fans on twitter. Chinmayi Sripaada is also popular for giving her voice for the character of Samantha Akkineni in the movies.
A verbal clash erupted between Meera Chopra and Jr NTR fans on Twitter after she said that she doesn’t know who Jr NTR is. Some of Tarak fans did not take that responsibility in the right stride as they started brutally trolling Meera Chopra. #AttentionB***hMeeraChopra was soon trending, with abusive Twitter users taking digs at Meera Chopra. Some also gave rape and death threats to Meera and her family and called her all sorts of names.
Samantha Akkineni’s voice Chinmayi Sripaada has extended support to Meera Chopra as she tweeted, “I hope she files a case.” The playback singer also urged the National Commission for Women and Twitter India to take action over the abuse.
One netizen named Naruto responded to Chinmay Sripaada and said, “Ok madam we agree with you… but before that just check her timeline once and she just liked the trolled tweets on Tarak anna… just don’t involve in this shit without knowing the reality.”
