Kabir Singh, the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy was released on last Friday and is doing fantastic collections at the box office. On its release day, Kabir Singh was criticized for glorifying violence in the name love and encouraging misogyny. In Kabir Singh, Shahid Kapoor plays the role of an angry surgeon, who goes under a complete self-destructive mode and behaves violently after his girlfriend Preeti (Kiara Advani) ties the knot with another man. Few also criticized the original Telugu version and revealed that Telugu audiences made Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda and Shailini Pandey, blockbuster. These comments did not go well with Sundeep Kishan and he gave a shocking reply.
Sundeep Kishan took to his Twitter and wrote, “Judging a film based on your personal taste is one thing… But judging the audience who liked it is a whole diff level of narcissism… I loved Arjun Reddy and stand by my opinion… And just in case… Here you go…guess we are not alone afterall… #Telugu #TeluguAudience.”
Sundeep Kishan also revealed that how several Telugu movies were remade in Hindi and earned crs at the box office.
