Touted to be a comic period drama, the upcoming film Skylab has Satyadev Kancharana, Nithya Menen, and Rahul Ramakrishna in the lead roles. The sources close to the makers of Skylab revealed that the story is set in the year 1979, with its main backdrop being Skylab, the first United States space station which was launched by NASA in 1970s. Now according to the latest report, the trailer of Skylab will be out on 1st November. The makers of Satyadev and Nithya Menen starrer confirmed the same by sharing a poster on official twitter handle.
The upcoming film Skylab is being helmed by Vishvak Khanderao and he has also written the screenplay and dialogues. Aditya Javvadi is taking care of the cinematography department, Raviteja Girijala is handling the editing, Prashant R Vihari is rendering the tune and Nagarjuna Thallapalli and Dhanush Nayanar are taking care of the sound design department.
The movie is set in a village named Banda Lingapally in Karimnagar. The entire shoot of the film has been wrapped up and currently it is in the post production stage.
On the otherside, Nithya Menen is playing one of the female leads in Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer Bheemla Nayak whereas Satyadev is working with megastar Chiranjeevi.
