The Andhra Pradesh Jagan government has introduced several changes in the school education syllabus. AP Govt Schools have decided to introduce Semester System. Orders have also been issued regarding this on Saturday. Semester system is being introduced in the government schools.
From 1st class to 9th class, two semesters from the academic year 2023-24 and regarding the tenth class, the semester system will be introduced from the year 2024-25. Books will be distributed through Vidya Vaidyam Nadu Nedu ifor the 2 semesters at the beginning of the academic year. Guidelines for this semester policy will be released soon.
For the first, the semester system will be introduced from Class 1 in the State from this academic year. Jagan government of Andhra Pradesh is pushing for the development of the school education system
Reiterating that the education is an investment for a better future, Andhra Pradesh Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that it works in shaping next generation into a confident and competent youth to start their careers.
