Shivathmika Rajasekhar has signed another Telugu film. According to the latest update, Shivathmika Rajasekhar has been roped in an upcoming Telugu film Rangamarthanda in which Ramya Krishna and Prakash Raj will play the lead role. The upcoming film will be helmed by Krishna Vamsi.
She has been cast in a pivotal role in filmmaker Krishna Vamsi’s next upcoming film, Rangamarthanda. The sources say that Shivathmika Rajasekhar will be seen playing the role of a singer and daughter of Ramya Krishna.
Shivathmika Rajasekhar made her debut in Telugu film Industry with romantic dram Dorasani where she romanced with Anand Deverakonda, the brother of Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam fame Vijay Deverakonda, which was just average at the box office. Now she has signed another film. The sources say that Shivathmika Rajasekhar likes experiment with her roles. In her pursuit, she has landed director Krishna Vamsi’s directorial venture Rangamarthanda.
While Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan are playing a couple, Shivathmika Rajasekhar plays their daughter. Her role is that of a singer in the film Rangamarthanda. She is very excited as she is going to become part of this film.
The team of Rangamarthanda met with Shivathmika Rajasekhar earlier this week and discussed the possibility of the project. She gave her nod and now she is officially on board. Very soon the official announcement will be made regarding the inclusion of Shivathmika Rajasekhar in Rangamarthanda.
Rangamarthanda is an official remake of the acclaimed Marathi drama, Natsamrat. Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishna are already on the board to play the lead role. It will be bankrolled by Abhishek Jawkar and Madhu Kalipu whereas it will have the music by Legendary music composer Ilayaraja.
Versatile actor Prakash Raj will essay the role of Nana Patekar whereas Ramya Krishna will reprise the role of Medha Manjrekar in the Telugu version of RangaMarthanda.
