Premam beauty Sai Pallavi made her Telugu debut with Sekhar Kammula’s romantic entertainer Fidaa costarring Varun Tej which was super-hit at the box office. Later she shared the screen space with Natural Star Nani in MCA (Middle Class Abbayi). Now everyone is eagerly waiting for her next upcoming bilingual movie Karu/Kanam in which the talented actress will be seen playing the role of a mother of 4 years old girl.
There is a bad news for Sai Pallavi’s fans. Once again the makers have postponed the release of the film. Earlier it was supposed to hit the theaters on 3rd March but now according to the latest buzz, Karu/Kanam will arrive at the theaters on 23rd March. The official confirmation is awaited regarding it.
Touted to be horror drama, directed by AL Vijay and produced by Lyca Productions, the producers of Shankar-Rajinikanth film ‘2.O’. The bilingual film titled as ‘Karu’ will also mark Sai Pallavi’s debut in Tamil. It is heard that the film is based on the sensitive issue of abortion. Pelli Choopulu fame, Priyadarshi will be seen playing a crucial role in the film.
