Shruti Haasan is one of the popular and talented actress of South Indian film Industry. In Tollywood, she was last seen playing the female lead in cop based drama Krack in which she shared the screen space with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and the movie was a blockbuster at the box office. Once Shruti Haasan, the daughter of Kamal Haasan and Sarika posted an array of photos in a metallic look wearing black lipstick and the actress was brutally trolled on social media.
There is not a single actor or actress who has not received troll for unnecessary reasons. While some celebrities avoid hitting back at them whereas few always try to teach trolls a lesson. Gabbar Singh fame Shruti Haasan comes in the second category. She is well-known for speaking for herself and doesn’t tolerate any unpleasant trolls.
When Shruti Haasan had applied black lipstick a few days back, she became a victim of trolls. A few netizens also called her “chudail” (witch).
During an interview, when Shruti Haasan was asked about the troll to which she replied, “I love that whole aesthetic. I receive comments like what happened to you, you look like ‘chudail’ and I say ok. I will be chudail (witch). According to me, they don’t realize when they call me a witch/ chudail that it is the greatest compliment because I think somewhere I’ve aspired to be rock and roll witch anyway.”
