Singer Suchitra is back in news headlines. The playback singer has been maintaining a low profile ever since ‘Suchi Leaks’ happened in 2017. It is known the news that she raked up a huge controversy by tweeting a series of scandalous pics with the hashtag #SuchiLeaks. The controversy tarnished the image of Suchitra and those who were concerned. Later her husband and comedian Evam Karthik had publicly apologized on behalf of Suchitra and informed that she was not in the right state of mind. Now once again she is in the news headlines. Recently, a missing complaint was registered against the playback singer Suchitra by her sister Sunita in a police station. However, Singer Suchitra denied it and said that there was a conspiracy behind the complaint.
Sunitha filed a police complaint and said that Suchitra was missing from their Chennai residence. She has also added that she’s concerned about her sister Suchitra because she is mentally disturbed. After the investigation, the cops found out that Suchitra was staying at a star hotel in Adyar, Chennai.
Suchitra said that she was not missing. She added, “I was not missing. My sister Sunita has lodged a complaint because I was not reachable for a few hours. Now, they have kept me in a clinic in Anna Nagar and are saying that I am mentally unstable.”
Suchitra added that her sister Sunita and brother-in-law are conspiring against her and that they have held her captive in their residence.
According to the police report, Suchitra was traveling from her mother’s house to her sister’s residence in Tiruvanmiyur, when they traced her. The singer didn’t inform them where she was going and she was remained untraceable for a few hours.”
In her career, Suchitra has crooned over 100 songs in three languages. She was married to former actor turned stand-up comedian Karthik Kumar but after #SuchiLeaks, Suchitra and Karthik Kumar got separated and divorced.
