Popular film singer Sunitha’s husband Veerapaneni Ram received threats over the phone. He approached the Hyderabad Banjara Hills Police saying that his life was in danger. Sunitha and Ram are residing in Women’s Cooperative Society at Banjara Hills Road No.2.
However, a few days ago he received a message from a person named KK Laxman. He stated in the message that he is a member of the Film Producers Council and wants to meet in person. However, Ram did not respond as he did not know the person. He replied that if there is any business matter, he should meet his team. But Laxman annoyed Veerapaneni Ram by sending messages every. Unable to stop his harassment, Veerapaneni Ram blocked his number.
So, on 28thMarch, he started sending messages with the new number. He also started threatening. With this background, he complained to the police that he and his family members were in danger from Laxman. Police registered a case and started investigation.
Veerapaneni Ram asked the police to take action against him saying that a man was constantly harassing him by sending messages. He lodged a complaint with the Banjara Hills police in Hyderabad.
Veerapaneni Ram continues to be a businessman. He owns several media houses and several companies in the film industry. He met Sunitha through film business and even married her.
