Vamsi Paidipally also wrote on Twitter, “This is next level… #SSMB25. #SSMB25Firstlook. #SSMBEmblem. #SSMB. #SSMB25FirstLookCountdownBegins.” The first look poster of Mahesh Babu from #SSMB25 will be released on 9th August on the occasion of actor’s birthday. The reports suggest that Mahesh Babu’s character in the film is loosely based on Hyderabad born Satya Narayana Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, but the makers are tight-lipped about his characterization. DJ and Saakshyam fame Pooja Hegde is on the board to play the love interest of Mahesh Babu in this film.
The upcoming prestigious film is being produced by Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and PVP. Mahesh Babu’s 25th film marks the foray of well-known lensman KU Mohanan, who is known for his work in Hindi movies such as Don and Raees, into the Telugu film industry.
Mahesh Babu was last seen in Koratala Siva’s directorial venture, the political drama Bharat Ane Nenu, in which he played the role of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. Vamsi Paidipally’s previous Telugu and Tamil bi-lingual drama Oopiri/Thozha, which featured Nagarjuna Akkineni, Karthi, and Tamannaah Bhatia as leads, raked in the moolah at the box-office in both Tamil and Telugu.
