As we know, if sleep is not proper then nothing is proper. Good sleep is as important as food and exercise for the health of the body. Insomnia is one of the most common health problems faced by people today . Do not sleep at night, it is a very difficult experience. That is, struggling with no sleep while everyone else is sleeping.  This kind of sleep disturbance is called insomnia or insomnia. Insomnia is one of the most common health problems. It seriously affects concentration, mood, productivity etc. Also, lack of sleep can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. 

There are many causes of insomnia. It is divided into four categories: physical, mental, genetic and environmental.

However, if we pay attention to our diet, we can get rid of the problem of insomnia. 

Do not eat these 3 food items at night. 

1. Chocolate: People of all ages like to eat chocolate because its taste is very appealing. This dessert has as many disadvantages as advantages, while eating chocolate before going to bed at night can affect restful sleep. 
 
2. Chips: Eating chips at night can lead to digestive problems, stomach aches and sleep disturbances.

3. Garlic : Garlic has a strong aroma and contains important nutrients like phosphorus and potassium. Garlic helps to strengthen the bones in our body. Eating this at night will change your sleep patterns.
