Helmed by filmmaker Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major is an upcoming much hyped film which has Adivi Sesh in the lead role. The upcoming film based on the life of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was martyred in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Apart from Adivi, the big budget drama also has Revathi Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, and Murli Sharma in the crucial roles. Today morning Adivi Sesh took to his Twitter to make the official announcement regarding the new release date of Major.
Adivi Sesh announced that the movie Major will hit the screens worldwide on 3rd June 2022 in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam. A brand new poster has been released to announce the same.
It is funded by Sony Pictures Films India, GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies and has the music by Sricharan Pakala .
Prakash Raj and Revathi are playing Goodachari actor Adivi Sesh’ parents. With this Pan Indian film Major, Kshanam fame actor is entering Bollywood. Adivi Sesh is best known for his performance in Ladies & Gentlemen, Panjaa, Goodachari, and Baahubali: The Beginning, among others.
Recently during the media interaction, Adivi Sesh spoke about his upcoming project and also revealed that he has a straight Hindi movie with Abhishek Agarwal, the producer of The Kashmir Files.
