On 7th January, the makers of Rocking star Yash released the teaser of KGF: Chapter 2 that received several million views. But now, the teaser and Prashanth Neel’ directorial venture KGF: Chapter 2 team are in trouble as the Karnataka Health department has sent a notice to Yash and the team. KGF Chapter 2 had a smoking scene without any statutory warning, that did not go well with the people and the Health department had accused KGF : Chapter 2 team of promoting smoking through the teaser.
According to the notice, it is mandatory to display a warning on the screen with caption “Smoking is injurious to health”. The objected scene violates Section 5 of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003. The cell has demanded the deletion of the KGF Chapter 2 teaser from various platforms.
The Karnataka health department issued a notice to Yash, who is playing the lead role Rocky Bhai in the movie. In the teaser, Rocky Bhai Yash light a cigarette with barrel of the red hot gun.
Meanwhile, the smoking scene of KGF teaser went viral on the social media. The fans of Yash are sharing the screenshots of the scene. After wrapping up the shoot of KGF 2, Prashanth Neel will start working with Prabhas for Salaar.
