Some ladies experience health problems during the pregnancy. These complications can involve mother’s health, the fetus’s health, or both. Even the ladies who were healthy before getting pregnant can experience complications. These complications may make the pregnancy a high-risk pregnancy.
Morning sickness, backache, headache, heartburn, leg cramps bladder and bowel changes, changes in hair and skin color, indigestion and are the few common complications facing during pregnancy.
Constipation: Most pregnant ladies become constipated due to hormonal changes that make the digestion much slower.
Solution: Add more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and any other foods that are rich in fiber to the diet
Morning Sickness: It is one of the early pregnancy problems and ironically enough, can happen at any time of the day and for some unfortunate ladies can carry on throughout the pregnancy. The symptoms also include nausea and vomiting.
Solution: Drink lots of water
Insomnia: With all bloating, leg cramps and constant need to pee. Around 8 out of 10 women experience insomnia during pregnancy
Solution: Exercising daily is very helpful for pregnant ladies as it will help tire them out. Before bed, try getting yourself into a soothing routine, such as taking a warm bath and enjoying a relaxing skincare routine.
Headache and Migraine: Hormonal changes during the pregnancy cause a lot of unnecessary problems. But in the case of migraines it is not just hormonal changes but also a combination of many other factors.
Solution: Eat well, rest well and drink a lot of water.
