Sonu Sood, who is known for his villainous act in Telugu film Industry, earned accolades for helping migrants reach their homes during the lockdown two year ago, and now once again he is helping Indian students stranded in Kharkiv city of war-torn Ukraine to reach Polish border and return to their homes safely. A Congress leader shared a video showing a woman from Madhya Pradesh who was apparently stuck in Ukraine showering praises on Sonu Sood for lending a helping hand.
Shrishti Singh, a student of Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy who belongs to Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, said: “I and my three friends were in Kharkiv when the team of Sonu Sood contacted us. They arranged a bus for the Indian students and helped us cross the border. Now we are at the Budapest railway station and waiting for further help from embassy.”
Kranj, a student of Ternopil National Medical University, who belongs to Gujarat, said that they have reached the Delhi airport with the help of Sonu Sood’s team, and now they are waiting for a flight to Ahmedabad . The team of Sonu Sood provided them food and water when they were stuck at a petrol pump in lviv city, and they have also paid the fare for their Ahmedabad flight.
On the work front, Sonu Sood will be seen playing the important role in Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan starrer Acharya.
