Boney Kapoor, the husband of late actress Sridevi, shared glimpses of Mr India actress’ wax statue on his Twitter profile. Sharing the video on his Twitter profile, Boney Kapoor tweeted, “Sridevi lives forever in not just our hearts but also in the hearts of millions of her fans. Eagerly waiting to watch the unveiling of her figure at Madam Tussauds, Singapore on September 4, 2019. #SrideviLivesForever.”

On the occasion of birth anniversary of Sridevi, this year, Madame Tussauds Singapore announced the news of Sridevi’s wax figurine.

Boney Kapoor revealed that Madame Tussauds would be honouring Sridevi, and her work by unveiling her first ever wax statue at the famous museum in Singapore on Wednesday.

Boney Kapoor along with his daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor has flew to Singapore to attend this event.

Sridevi is seen in iconic Hawa Hawai attire wearing a vibrant gold dress and a fierce headgear. As a tribute to Sridevi, many messages from her fans and followers were also displayed along with the wax statue.

Sridevi the ‘first female superstar,’ had acted in 300 films in a career spanning over 5 decades. She was last seen in MOM, which was also bankrolled by Boney Kapoor, for which he was awarded the National Film Award for the Best Actress in 2018. Sridevi passed away in February 2018 in Dubai.
