Srinivasa Kalyanam 1st Day CollectionsSrinivasa Kalyanam Collections:  Nithiin and Raashi Khanna starerr family entertainer drama Srinivasa Kalyanam, was released on 9th August 2018 and received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics in the morning shows on the first day.  The word of mouth had also taken a toll on its collection at the box office in afternoon and evening shows. According to the traders report, Dil Raju’s production venture Srinivasa Kalyanam has earned Rs 2.77 Cr at the box office of both Telugu States- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, on its opening day. The collection rate at the box office is below par.

Srinivasa Kalyanam is directed by Vegesna Satish of Shatamanam Bhavati fame, and bankrolled under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations whereas the film has the music by Mickey J Meyer. Venkatesh Daggubati has given voice-over for the movie. Apart from the lead pair, Srinivasa Kalyanam has other stars like Prakash Raj, Rajendra Prasad, Aamani, Sitara, and others, in supporting roles.

Nithiin starrer A..Aa, directed by Trivikram Srinivas was a blockbuster, but his next two releases, Lie and Chal Mohan Ranga, were bombed at the box office. The young star Nithiin chose a family drama to impress the audiences and to avoid a hat-trick of failures. The first look posters, and trailers  of Srinivasa Kalyanam had garnered positive responses, raising the bar of curiosity and expectations from the movie but the collection rate at the box office is disappoint the makers. Srinivasa Kalyanam is competing with Kamal Haasan starrer spy drama Vishwaroopam 2, which has hit the theaters yesterday.
