Kichcha Sudeep has been making news all across following his Bollywood venture Dabangg 3 in which he shared the screen space with Salman Khan, which was released last year, and also for his upcoming Kannada action thriller Kotigobba 3. It is known news that Kichcha Sudeep is very close to SS Rajamouli and both have worked together for Eega and Baahubali. Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Sudeep has been roped in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial venture RRR to play a crucial role. The reports further speculated that Sudeep will be joining the set from the 20th of this month. But Kichcha Sudeep has finally put an end to these viral rumors. The Sandalwood star took to Twitter But Sudeep took to his twitter to refute the rumor. Dabangg 3 villain Sudeep said, “Neither he was approached to play the crucial role not he is involved in any discussion of upcoming multistarrer RRR, which is being helmed by SS Rajamouli.”
In Tollywood, Sudeep was last seen playing a key role in Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which was directed by Surender Reddy and is bankrolled by Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Productions.
RRR is a fictional story set in 1920s pre-independent era and it will be based on a few years in the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. While Young Tiger NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem, Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Sitharama Raju. Already 80 percent of the shoot of RRR is completed and the remaining portions are being canned in massive sets erected in Hyderabad. National and international stars like Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgan, Alia Bhatt are playing important roles in the movie RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
