According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, 80 percent of the population suffers from back pain at some point in their lives. If this back pain is chronic, it can cause problems in your daily life. Due to this, you will have to suffer from not being able to do any work both personally and professionally.

Tips to relive Back Pain: Experts say that due to the lifestyle we follow nowadays, back pain problems are increasing. Lack of physical activity, lifestyle changes, sitting in same position for  the long periods of time and sedentary jobs are increasing these problems. Many people use various balms, oils and medicines to relieve back pain. These provide temporary relief but not permanent relief. Experts say that you can get relief from back pain with some natural methods and precautions.

Eat good food: Do not eat fatty foods at all. Reduce sugar in your diet. Along with greens and vegetables, take more flax seeds and sabja seeds. Take seasonal fruits.

Take more curry leaves: It contains nutrients like lutein, folic acid, iron, calcium, niacin, beta-carotene.  The Calcium makes bones strong. Antioxidants are also high. Curry leaves have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. These protect against inflammation and infections in the body. These are beneficial for back pain sufferers.

Do exercise: Experts say that people who suffers from back pain should exercise regularly. 

Don’t sit in the same posture: If you sit and work in front of the computer for hours, back pain will increase. So take a break in between. Realize that the body needs rest. Sit up straight in front of the desk in the office.  Sitting up straight reduces the load on the vertebrae. So that back pain does not come much. Keep your head up.

Massage:  If the back pain is too much, mix some salt in warm water, dip a towel in the water, squeeze it and massage the spine with it. There will be relief for some time.
