While the makers of rural drama Pushpa had earlier announced that the movie will be releasing in two parts with the first film being titled Pushpa: The Rise, the title of the second part has been revealed at the end of the first film. The second film has been titled Pushpa: The Rule. In the first part, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna played the lead roles and the movie was released on 17th December and received positive response by the movie lovers and critics on its release day. Pushpa: The Rise is running in theaters now. The director Sukumar opened up about the second part and he made an interesting comment.
Sukumar said, “Pushpa : The Rule will be bigger and better. The real story unfolds in the 2nd Part and it will give a deeper look into the lives of the central characters. The second part will have more adrenaline pumping action.”
Sukumar also confirmed that the shoot of Pushpa: The Rule will commence in February 2022. They are in the plan to release December, or if possible, next November.
Pushpa: The Rise, which is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, also has Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Anasuya Baradwaj and Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil in supporting roles.
