It was recently updated that Akhil Akkineni has teamed up with Surender Reddy for his next. It is going to be his fifth project while the fourth one, Most Eligible Bachelor is in its making.
Surender Reddy has last year scored success with the movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He has got the opportunity to work with Chiranjeevi. Surender Reddy has won accolades in handling such a gigantic project.
Akhil5 is going to be produced by Anil Sunkara. It is going to be a project that will be made on a lavish scale of around 40 Crores that is the budget much more than Akhil’s market.
This project is a spy thriller in which Akhil will be seen in the role of a special anti-terrorism squad officer. A lot of VFX work will be involved and it is said that Surender Reddy has roped in the Sye Raa VFX team to work for this project as well.
