It is heard that Tamannah Bhatia will be seen shaking a leg for a special song in Sarileru Neekevaru.
Mahesh Babu is playing the role of an army officer and Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead. This is the first time, Mahesh Babu is working with Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade baby Rashmika in romantic and comedy entertainer.
