Few days ago, we reported that Baahubali fame Tamannah is going to make her screen presence in Jailer starring Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth. Today morning the industry tracker Ramesh Bala also confirmed the same by sharing a post on Twitter: Actress Tamannah Bhatia will be the leading lady for Superstar Rajinikanth in Jailer This is the first time, both will be doing a movie together.”
The upcoming film Jailer marks the first time collaboration of milky siren and Kollywood superstar. Ramya Krishnan is also the part of this drama.
Prior to Jailer, Rajinikanth and Ramya Krishnan had shared the screen in the hit 1999 film ‘Padayappa’, wherein the latter essayed the role of the antagonist, Neelambari. T Ramya is part of actor Nelson Dilipkumar’s Tamil film Jailer which stars actor Rajinikanth in the lead.
Billed as a commercial entertainer, Jailer also has Shivarajkumar on board for a pivotal role. Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in as the music composer, while Vijay Kartik Kannan will be handling the cinematography. The big budget drama is bankrolled by the production banner Sun Pictures, who had also produced Rajinikanth’s previous outing Annaatthe. Meanwhile,Jailer marks Rajinikanth’ 169th movie.
On the otherside, Tamannah will also be seen in Babli Bouncer, Bholaa Shankar and Bole Chudiyan.
