
MP Avinash Reddy got bail in Telangana High Court. MP Avinash Reddy granted conditional bail in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The High Court issued key orders in the wake of the Supreme Court’s order to complete the investigation of the case by June 30.
It ordered to submit two sureties with a bond of 5 lakhs. The condition is that he should not leave the country without informing the CBI. CBI ordered to cooperate with the investigation. He was told to appear before the CBI every Saturday from 10.30 am to 5 pm. CBI has been advised to go to court if the bail conditions are violated. In the verdict, the High Court said that the CBI could not show any evidence against Avinash Reddy in the Viveka murder case.
Since April 19, there has been suspense over the arrest of Avinash Reddy. Avinash Reddy, who attended the CBI inquiry seven times in the past, has been postponing the inquiry for various reasons. Few days ago, Avinash Reddy’s mother fell ill and was shifted from Pulivendula to Kurnool for treatment. Avinash Reddy left saying that he could not attend the CBI investigation. With this, there was a campaign that the CBI was ready to arrest Avinash.
Avinash Reddy’s lawyer Nagarjuna Reddy explained to the court that they have explained that the CBI is targeting Avinash Reddy and investigating in the Viveka murder case. The court agreed with their arguments and granted anticipatory bail.
