Vinod, Tollywood character actor, has passed away today. He died on Saturday morning i.e.14th July at his residence in Hyderabad. His original name is Arisetti Nageshwara Rao. At around 3 am, Vinod suffered a severe brain stroke and was rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead by the doctor.
Vinod has been the part of more than 300 movies. He is popular for playing villain in movies. Apart from Telugu movies, Vinod has also acted in Bollywood and TV serials. Many Tollywood actors and filmmakers have expressed their condolences to Vinod’s family.
Vinod, 59, started his career as a hero in 1980 with Keerthi Kantha Kanakam, which was directed by V Visweswara Rao. He has also acted with Megastar Chiranjeevi in Indra and Nandamuri Balakrishna in Lorry Driver. Vinod was last seen in television soap operas in recent times.
