It is known that the shootings of Telugu films were halted recently due to ongoing issues in the Telugu film industry. Film shootings were suspended on 1st August voluntarily by the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce in an attempt to iron out festering issues that became a concern for the growth of the film industry. The Producers’ Council also decided to put a eight weeks window for any film before it gets an OTT release. The Council informed the media that they were able to find solutions to 90 percent of the problems being faced by the film industry.

On 23rd August the film chamber decided to allow for the shoots from 1st September. It was also mentioned that a few issues were yet to be addressed.

Once again the meeting took place between Telugu Film Chamber and Telugu Film Federation which was headed by ace producer Dil Raju. A consensus decision was taken to increase the wages of daily workers to 30% for big budget films and to 15% for small budget movies.
